This website is operated by Sadie Dublin, a trading name of MF Associates Limited (“we”, “us”, “our”). By visiting our website and/or purchasing from us, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, you should not use our website or services.

1. Online shop terms

By using this website, you confirm that you are of legal age in your country or region of residence, or that you have given us permission to allow any minor dependants to use the site. You may not use our website or products for any unlawful or unauthorised purpose, and you must not transmit any worms, viruses or other code of a destructive nature. Any violation of these Terms will result in immediate termination of your access to our services.

3. General conditions

We reserve the right to refuse orders for legitimate reasons (for example technical errors or suspected misuse). You understand that your content (excluding payment information) may be transferred unencrypted over various networks; payment information is always transmitted securely via encrypted networks. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell or resell any part of the service without our express written permission.

4. Accuracy of information

We are not responsible if information made available on this site is incomplete, outdated or inaccurate. The material is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for decisions. We may modify the contents of the site at any time but have no obligation to update any information.

5. Products, colours and sizing

We strive to display product images, colours and descriptions as accurately as possible. However, variations may occur due to differences in screen or display settings, lighting or production updates; these variations do not constitute a defect. Size guides are provided for guidance only, and because items are measured by hand, measurements may vary by approximately 1 to 3 cm per item. Occasionally the site may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions relating to descriptions, pricing or availability, and we are not bound by offers that contain an obvious error.

6. Modifications to the service and prices

Prices for our products are subject to change at any time without notice. We may modify or discontinue the service (or any part of it) at any time for legitimate reasons, and we shall not be liable to you or any third party for any such modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance.

7. Formation of contract

The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but a non-binding online catalogue. By clicking “Buy” or “Checkout” you submit a binding offer to purchase. An automatically generated order confirmation does not constitute acceptance; the purchase contract is concluded when we confirm shipment of the goods.

8. Billing and account information

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information, and to keep it up to date. We may, at our discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order, and we may refuse or cancel orders that appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors, or that contain incorrect or suspicious information.

9. Orders and payments

Any order placed on the site constitutes an offer to purchase. Once payment is validated, a confirmation email summarising the order, total amount and estimated delivery time is sent. Payments are processed by certified payment providers and we do not store sensitive banking data. If payment cannot be processed, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse the order while informing you.

10. Price and currency

Prices are shown in the currency applicable to your location at checkout (euro (€) for customers in Ireland). All prices are quoted exclusive of any import VAT, customs clearance fees and other local taxes or levies applicable in the country of destination. As explained in section 11, our goods are shipped by a third-party fulfilment partner located outside the EU, and no EU VAT is charged by us at the point of sale. Prices are displayed transparently, with no hidden fees. In the case of an obvious pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order after informing you, with a full refund of any amount paid.

11. Import and VAT

Our goods are shipped directly by a third-party fulfilment partner located outside the European Union, and do not enter the EU commerce stream via Sadie Dublin. Because the goods are supplied from outside the EU, no EU VAT is charged by us at the point of sale, and the prices shown are net of any VAT or import duties.

Depending on the destination country and the value of the order, import VAT, customs duties or handling fees may be applied at the border in accordance with the rules of the destination country. Where such charges apply, they are the responsibility of the customer. Except as required by mandatory law, Sadie Dublin is not liable for such charges, nor for delays resulting from the import process.

12. Shipping and delivery

Orders are prepared and shipped as set out in our Shipping Policy. A tracking link is sent when the shipment is dispatched. Estimated delivery times are set out in the Shipping Policy. Delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control.

13. Third-party tools and links

We may provide access to third-party tools and links to third-party websites over which we have no control. These are provided “as is” without warranties or endorsement, and any use is at your own risk. We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party websites; any transactions with them are solely between you and the relevant third party.

14. User content and comments

If you submit comments, suggestions or other content, you grant us the right to use, edit, copy, publish and translate them in any medium. We are under no obligation to keep comments confidential, to pay compensation, or to respond. You must not submit content that is unlawful or that infringes the rights of any third party, and you are solely responsible for the content you provide.

15. Prohibited uses

You may not use the site or its content for any unlawful purpose; to solicit unlawful acts; to violate any laws or regulations; to infringe intellectual property rights; to harass, abuse or discriminate; to submit false or misleading information; to upload malicious code; to collect others’ personal information; or to interfere with or circumvent the security features of the service. We may terminate your use of the service for any prohibited use.

16. Warranty and consumer rights

Our products are covered by applicable consumer protection law. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer, including your rights under the Irish Consumer Rights Act 2022. Where goods are faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose, you are entitled to the remedies provided under applicable consumer law, which apply in addition to any voluntary policy we offer.

17. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

We do not warrant that your use of the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free. Except as expressly stated, the service and all products are provided “as is” and “as available”. We are liable only to the extent permitted by applicable law, and our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant order. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

18. Returns, refunds and exchanges

Returns, refunds and exchanges are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. We offer a 30-day period from receipt to return an item in its original condition, and consumers also have the statutory right to cancel described in that policy. Nothing in this section affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

19. Intellectual property

All elements of the site (texts, images, logos and designs) are the property of Sadie Dublin or its partners and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws, and may not be reproduced without our prior written permission.

21. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sadie Dublin (MF Associates Limited) and our affiliates, officers, directors, agents and suppliers from any claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

22. Force majeure, severability and termination

We are not responsible for delays or non-performance due to events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure). If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, that provision is severed and the remaining provisions remain in force. These Terms remain effective until terminated by either you or us; obligations incurred before termination survive it.

23. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection laws applicable in your country of residence. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be preferred; failing that, the courts of Ireland shall have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory right you may have to bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence.

You can review the most current version of these Terms at any time on this page. We reserve the right to update or replace any part of these Terms by posting changes to our website. Your continued use of the website following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
